Does the driver speak English?
Yes, all DUMBA BLACK chauffeurs are fluent in English. Most are multilingual (French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Portuguese, German, Italian upon request). Specify language needs at booking – we match perfectly.
In how many countries and cities does DUMBA BLACK operate?
We operate in over 120 countries and 600+ cities worldwide. If your destination isn't listed, contact us – we will make it happen.
Are your vehicles black as standard?
Yes. Every single DUMBA BLACK vehicle is black-on-black (exteriors, interiors, wheels, badges). Mercedes S-Class, EQS, Maybach, V-Class, Rolls-Royce Phantom/Cullinan, Bentley Mulsanne/Flying Spur/Bentayga, Range Rover Autobiography, Cadillac Escalade Platinum – only latest models, always all-black.
Are the vehicles new?
All vehicles are less than 3 years old and meticulously maintained to showroom condition.
Do you have electric/hybrid vehicles?
Yes – full-electric Mercedes EQS, Range Rover P530e, and Tesla Model S/X fleets available in most major cities for silent, zero-emission discretion.

Same-day and last-minute bookings accepted worldwide.
What is the minimum booking duration?
Airport transfers: no minimum. As-directed / hourly service: 4 hours minimum (3 hours in select cities).
Do you provide child seats and boosters?
Yes – all child seats (Maxi-Cosi, Cybex, Britax, etc.) are complimentary and installed professionally. Provide ages/weights at booking.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Small pets in carriers free of charge. Larger dogs accepted in SUVs/vans with prior notice.
Can I smoke or vape in the vehicle?
No. All vehicles are strictly non-smoking/non-vaping.
Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?
Bottled water and light snacks are provided. Meals are allowed if discreet – we can stock whatever you want in advance.

Pricing & Payment

Are your prices all-inclusive?
Yes – 100% all-inclusive. No hidden fees ever. Quote includes vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking, taxes, gratuity, Wi-Fi, refreshments, waiting time, and meet & greet.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

What is your cancellation policy?
− >24 hours before pickup: free
− 24–12 hours: 50% charge
− <12 hours: 100% charge
Special conditions apply during peak events (Fashion Weeks, Cannes Film Festival, F1 GPs, Art Basel, Davos, etc.).
Can I modify a booking?
Yes – free modifications up to 6 hours before service (subject to availability).

Airport Transfers

How does airport pickup work?
Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time and waits with a black iPad or discreet name board at arrivals (or gate with permit where allowed). 90 minutes free waiting for international flights, 45 minutes free for domestic flights. Additional time billed in 30-minute blocks.
What if my flight is delayed?
No problem – flight tracking is automatic. No extra charge for delays within free waiting period.
Can the chauffeur assist with luggage?
Yes – always. Porter service included.

During the Service

What amenities are in the vehicles?
High-speed Wi-Fi, bottled water (still/sparkling), phone chargers (all types), newspapers/magazines (digital or print on request), umbrellas, tissues, mints, hand sanitizer. Custom stocking available (champagne, cigars, specific snacks, etc.).
Can I make multiple stops?
Yes – unlimited stops on hourly bookings.
Can the chauffeur wait while I have a meeting/dinner?
Yes – waiting time is included in hourly rate.

Are your chauffeurs background-checked and licensed?
Yes. Every chauffeur passes extensive background checks, drug testing, professional licensing, and ongoing training. NDAs signed as standard.
Do you provide armed security or armored vehicles?
Yes – B6/B7 armored vehicles and licensed close-protection chauffeurs available worldwide.
